Delegate' rate.

Resident Delegates

This covers your
room, and the following: Single occupancy
including all the above: IR£147.00 Deposit amount,
refund policy etc are all as specified by the Hotel. If you pay by credit
card (and you are encouraged to do so) a deposit will not be required. |

This is for non-residential
delegates, and covers you for the following meals: Friday:
Evening Meal The cost is IR£47. Deposit amount, refund policy etc are all as specified by the Hotel |
Room Configurations |
Triple
Rooms contain 3 single beds, or two singles and a sofabed. The configuration of Double Rooms is not known - you should check with the Hotel if you specifically require a double bed or single beds. |
Currency |
The amounts quoted are in Irish Punts (aka Irish Pounds). These are valued at slightly more than the US$ and somewhat less than the UK Pound. You can check exchange rates at www.xe.com/ucc |
| Longer Stays | You can arrange with the hotel to stay longer if you wish. Cindy and Simon will be in residence from Thursday evening (though we may be locked away doing admin on that evening) until Monday morning. |

Cut Off Times |
The rooms will be held for the O'Spit by the Hotel only for a limited period of time, so please contact them soon. The cut of time will be announced here when known. |
