Looking back into the Citadel. The view is taken over the top of the Governor's House towards the Cathedral. The Cathedral has no Dome: just a drum where one should be. When it was constructed, there was no money to building the Dome. Inside the Cathedral a trompe l'oeil dome is painted. It looks very funny from some angles.
